Bad Economy: Today's facts, Tomorrow's stories

On this day of March 29th 2009, I write this to share some of the few stories that I know/read with the rest of the world that already heard and still hearing the bad economy buzz word. What exactly is this?
This article is not for those whose lifestyles doesn't change with the rise in gasoline prices,it is not for those rising food costs doesn't matter, it is not for those who make good fortune in this bad economy. This article addresses and shares the pain of those crowd who twice think to raise kids these days, Can I afford to continue my health Insurance, Will the Health Institutes give me free birth control pills, For those whose applications are in queue to get abortion, it is for those who fear everyday am I going to be the next in the office to get laid off, for those families who think they may have to leave their home like their neighbors, it is for those who leave their friends, family and loved ones in search of Job, it is for those who ask their parents at their dinner tables "why you both are so sad these days? or telling them my best friend's dad lost Job and they are moving, mama we aren't going to leave this place right? I don't want to leave my friends here like he! "

I'm writing this neither to deliver solutions nor suggesting. I'm a minutely prey to this, or had a little flavor of it, But there are people who sunk in this bad economy and struggling to rise. I was moved and inspired to write this, when one day watched a family from my Apartment living room, in Los Angeles, a Family packing their Home with a Kid in Hand and one in her Womb. Not only this I knew someone who had to leave India, who long time back moved to States for a better life. Also moved from the story of a family, who killed themselves when unable to confront their financial situations in this downfall turmoil economy. Most of us are blessed enough to handle this but there are lots of people who are bad victims to this hurricane of bad economy. This Economy has taken all the worst edges it could and has taken the victims to ground and beneath.

American Corporate decisions - the Epicenter of the Worst Recession:-
What once we all knew about the Wall Street and all about it ceased to exist these days. You may call it corporate governance or corporate corruption or the American model for run or govern companies. In this model, the Board of Directors names its own members, who in turn name and ratify the main top executives (CEO, CFO, COO and all three-letter combination that begin with “C” and end with “O”). Once the top executives and board members are named, it is very difficult to change them, because the shareholders are very atomized and rarely have a long-term interest in the company; hence the shareholders becomes irrelevant. This model has changed the dynamics of running business and over the time corporate greed has engulfed everything and thus lead to the most unstable financial system since its inception.
